 Atom's Monster
by Suzanna Leigh
Atom wakes to find a monster in his room. Bravely, he shoots the monster (with his finger) and the monster dies--blocking Atom's door! Atom must learn to deal with his fear (and a dragon) in a new way in order to deal with this new problem.
Written for my four year old son to help him deal with fear and nightmares.

The Peacock Princess; a story to color
by Suzanna Leigh
The Peacock Princess is a self-rescuing princess who uses the power of dance instead of a sword.
Inspired by a story especially popular in Yunan Province, China, this story originated in India. I have expanded the story and used names and places colored by  my visit to Yunan and by my own Western perspective.

When I was in China, I gathered stories. To share my experience, I illustrated these stories with paintings on silk, then gathered the illustrations, the stories, and anecdotes from my trip along with a few of my favorite photos and on-site sketches, into this little book.
